UPSYDE SPORTS PRESENTS: SLUMPING PLAYERS DUE TO BREAK OUT: BOJAN BOGDONAVIC - After averaging 20.2 PPG, 4.1 RPG, 2.1 APG, and 3.0 3PG on 45/41/90 splits last season, he has apparently taken a major step back post-injury. This year he is down 8 points per game, with 36/32/78 splits. His rebounding and assist numbers seem to pretty on par, but overall he's played very poorly. Doing a deeper dive into his numbers, his 3-point attempt rate is up, his free throw attempt rate is down, and his usage is down about 6 points. There is optimism that as his confidence goes up, he'll be more assertive on offense and increase his scoring opportunities. His floor is still very high, but he has drastically underperformed his draft position. He has improved pretty consistently over the last three years, so it is too early to hit the panic button. DRAYMOND GREEN - While he's no longer the 2nd round fantasy pick he once was, he still holds a lot of value. Regardless of his production, his int...

UPSYDE SPORT PRESENTS: BOLD TAKES MONDAY: 1. PEOPLE ARE OVERREACTING TO THE KNICKS - There are a lot of things to get excited about. For one, people are gushing over the transcendence of Julius Randle and I think it's definitely warranted. On the season he's averaging 23.2 PPG, 11.8 RPG, 7.1 APG and a solid 51/37/76 split. There is no denying that he is playing at an All-Star level. His 4.4 turnovers per game leave a lot to be desired, but it's only a small stain on a pretty pristine stat-line. You look at the rest of the roster and there are definitely concerns about small sample size and lack of preseason games as possible reasons for their early bloated record. For one, RJ Barrett is still a terrible shooter. He's making 20% of his 3's, is averaging less than 70% on his free throws and under 38% from the field. That's abysmal when the guy is shooting over 16 shots a game and chucking up almost 5 3-point attempts. Kevin Knox is still a broken prospect and has ...

UPSYDE SPORTS PRESENTS: INTERESTING OVERLOOKED PROSPECTS: DARIUS BAZLEY - (37.2% Ownership in ESPN) - He's put together a string of really nice games. Over the last 3 games he's averaging 18.3 PPG, 10.7 RPG, 2.3 APG, 1.0 SPG, 0.7 BPG and only 1.7 TOPG. He's also averaging 2.7 3PG over the same timeframe. He also just gained PF eligibility and can be plugged into both forward spots. There is not a significant amount of competition for him at the position and seems to have filled in the void left by Gallinari quite well. He's been on my radar since last year and continues to develop his game. At this point, he has no business being on waivers in any 10-12 team league. SHAKE MILTON - (14.2% Ownership in ESPN) - He's still a flyer but he's been pushed into this sixth-man role and has done quite well as of late. He's a cheap source for efficient 3's, rarely turns over the ball, and has logged at least one steal in 5 straight games. His upside is limited to a ...
