HOUSTON ROCKETS

UPSYDE SPORTS PRESENTS: Is Jalen Green Holding the Rockets Back? As many have probably seen from previous publications, that I'm super bullish on Jalen Green. He's probably the highest ceiling player in the draft, even higher than Evan Mobley and Franz Wagner, both of whom have been killing it. Unlike Mobley, the Rockets are dead last in the East. The Cavs are one game over .500 and several of their losses came with the absence of him. Jalen Green on the other hand has missed 3 games, all of which have been wins. For a team like the Rockets that have been actively trying to get bad, what if they found a formula to actually make them competitive? The latter scenario is unlikely, seeing as how John Wall is still not playing games, but Kevin Porter Jr. has been completely unlocked since Green went down. In the 3-games on their current winning steak, Kevin Porter Jr. is averaging 16.0 PPG, 8.0 RPG, 10.7 APG, 1.7 SPG, and 2.0 3PG. Efficiency and turnovers continue to plague him, but...

HOLDS OR DUMPS

UPSYDE SPORTS PRESENTS: Holds or Dumps: With teams tweaking their line-ups, players returning to health, and guys cooling off, there are several players that you might've streamed that you're looking to get rid of. That being said, there's several players that you should probably hold onto. Here's a list of the most dropped players and my takes on their long-term value. CHRIS DUARTE - Between being hurt with a shoulder injury and averaging 9.7 PPG, 4.3 RPG, 1.8 APG, 1.5 3PG, with abysmal percentages, you're seeing him as the most dropped players in fantasy. He's down 15.1% in ESPN leagues, now rostered in only 21.4% of leagues. If you have a strong lead in your standings, he might be worth hanging onto until after December 15, when Indiana will have more flexibility to make trades, but he's going to continue to be very volatile. Despite being an older rookie, he still has growing pains and we don't know the extent to how long his shoulder woes will conti...

DEEP LEAUGE SLEEPERS

UPSYDE SPORTS PRESENTS: Deep League Sleepers This is a list of players that might or might not be rostered. Due to injuries, situation changes, hot streaks, etc, these players are at the very least worthy of being monitored closely. Some of them are high risk, high reward, some of them are specialist, enjoy. IMMANUEL QUICKLEY - Being a disappointment to this point after a strong rookie campaign, many were surprised to see the Knicks not only bring back Derrick Rose, but also acquire Kemba Walker. Even with both guards receiving heavy minutes, Quickley has been hot lately, averaging 14.3 PPG, 4.0 RPG, 2.3 APG, 3.0 3PG, and almost no turnovers with good percentages. Because of his bench role and inconsistent minutes, he's probably not rostered, but he might be a better option to similar guards like Bones Hyland and Anfernee Simons. Quickley might develop himself into a Haliburton type role where he's almost playing wing in some line-ups, giving him an opportunity for more minutes...

UPSYDE SPORTS PRESENTS

UPSYDE SPORTS PRESENTS: Overreaction hot takes: MILES BRIDGES TO WIN MOST IMPROVED PLAYER AWARD - There are a lot of players in the running - Ja Morant, Jordan Poole, Harrison Barnes, OG Anunoby among others. Bridges, however, I feel like has been the most consequential player on his team. LaMelo has obviously looked solid in the early goings, but Bridges as definitely stood out more. With averages of 24.1 PPG, 8.0 RPG, 3.2 APG, 1.8 SPG, 1.0 BPG and 2.9 3PG, with 48/37/87 splits, he's well on his way to a max contract, All-Star consideration, and if Charlotte can secure a top-5 seed in the East, I do not know how they pass him up on this award. AL HORFORD'S PRODUCTION IS HERE TO STAY - Boston has been really bad, so it's quite possible they are showcasing Horford to move him young assets. The Celtics have yet to win a home game and have a terrible 3-5 start on the season. Horford, however, has had a renaissance averaging 14.0 PPG, 10.7 RPG, 3.7 APG, 1.2 SPG, 3.2 BPG, 1.3 3P...
